The AZS Remote Operations Diagnostic is a focused assessment for owner-led businesses of up to 30 people. I compare the owner’s view with what the people doing the work are actually experiencing, then identify the bottlenecks, duplication, unclear roles, and workarounds creating unnecessary friction.
Start with a virtual 60-minute Owner Intake for $125.
If we proceed, that $125 is credited toward the total.

How it works
Owner Intake
Up to one hour with you. No giant questionnaire. I want to hear how the business operates, what is frustrating you, and where you think the problems are.
Employee Interviews
The standard diagnostic includes up to 10 brief employee interviews, generally 5–15 minutes each.
For businesses with fewer than 10 employees, I generally prefer to speak with most of the team. For businesses with 7 or fewer employees, I recommend interviewing all employees whenever practical.
Analysis
I compare patterns, contradictions, handoffs, workarounds, and dependencies. The goal is not to decide who is right. It is to identify what keeps producing the same problem.
Your Written Diagnostic
You receive the findings, what is working, what is creating friction, recommended changes, implementation order, and foreseeable tradeoffs.
What the investment includes
$125 Owner Intake + two $725 diagnostic installments.
Additional interviews are $45 each, up to 20 more, for a maximum team size of 30.

A few practical questions
How do I book the Owner Intake?
View the booking calendar first and choose an available appointment time. The $125 Owner Intake fee is then paid to confirm the booking. Owner Intakes are held remotely through Google Meet.
What if the normal appointment times do not work for my business?
Standard appointment start times are offered Monday–Thursday from 10:00 AM through 6:00 PM Eastern. If those times do not work for your business, email hello@ariaziemian.com with the scheduling issue and the times that would work better for you. Alternate appointments are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Does the $1,575 include my $125 intake?
Yes. If we agree after the Owner Intake to proceed, your remaining balance is $1,450, paid as two $725 installments.
Are employee interviews recorded?
No, unless both the client and interviewee separately agree in writing.
Will employees be named in the report?
Interview information is generally synthesized into patterns rather than attributed by name, although context in a very small team can sometimes make a source apparent.
How many employees should participate?
The standard diagnostic includes up to 12 employee interviews. For businesses with fewer than 10 employees, I generally prefer to speak with most of the team. For businesses with 7 or fewer employees, I recommend interviewing all employees whenever practical. If you have more than 12 employees, up to 18 additional interviews can be added at $45 each, for a maximum team size of 30.
Owner Intake cancellation policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund. Cancellations inside 24 hours receive a 50% refund. If you have not joined the meeting within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment is considered a no-show and is non-refundable. Late arrival does not extend the scheduled appointment.
If Aria Ziemian Studios must cancel, you may choose a full refund or reschedule at no additional charge.
